Government Integrator seeks experienced personnel with the following experience for long term work in DC.
Active TS Clearance
3-5 year experience
Government contracting experience with T&M, FFP, and cost
reimbursable type prime and subcontracts
Administer contract vehicles including GSA, IDIQs and GWACs
Contract preparation, neqotiation, and review
Draft and management correspondence of contractual documents
Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Experience with negotiating terms and conditions
Experience with Federal and Joint travel regulations
Document management control
Experience with TS clearance processes and posses knowledge of NISPOM.
Experience with Deltek or other contract Database Software
Experience with MS Office applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment involving multiple time sensitive documents
Description of duties:
Contracts Administrator -Prepares and reviews various agreements including: Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Subcontract, Consulting, Task Orders, Professional Services and other related agreements. Maintains contract and subcontract administration procedures. Coordinates additions, deletions, and/or modifications to contracts and subcontracts. Reviews and negotiates terms and conditions with corporate and relevant regulations. Coordinates approvals with appropriate management staff. Provides advice and interpretation of contract requirements and government standards. Prepares responses to representations and certifications. Drafts and manages contractual documents and correspondence for Prime and Subcontracts. Assembles and submits deliverabie data per contract requirements. Track funding, billing, and revenue with contract ceilings. Interfaces with Customer Contract and Subcontract pac to follow up on routine and nonroutine contract issues. Maintains contract database (currently Deltek GCS Premiere) and contract files (electronic and hard copy). Other duties as assigned.
Assistant FSO -Process Initial/Renewal/Cancellation VAR’s on classified projects. Set up Matrix for new hires on classified projects.
Set up new hire files and maintains roster updating with terminations and resignations. Follow up with Security Education upon hire as well as refresh. Update contract list for classified projects. Assist with in process briefing and exit briefing processes. To include other administrative duties as required.
