    The Congressional Research Service (CRS) seeks an innovative manager with the creative and intellectual capacity to orchestrate the research and analysis within the Congress and Judiciary Section of its Government and Finance Division.

    The Section Research Manager:

    * Ensures that the work of the section results in objective, authoritative analysis with which the Congress can assess the consequences of legislative or policy options concerning the institutional operations of Congress and the federal judiciary.

    * Is comfortable working in and instilling an atmosphere of collaboration and multidisciplinary analysis within the Section and Service-wide.

    * Develops analytical approaches and applies appropriate resources to address the policy problems facing the Congress.
