we are migrating a large customer base to our environment and am interested in surveying the customers post-migration to see how satisfied they are with the migration and rate our products/services/customer service/etc.
any templates your agency can share?
Tools i.e. SurveyMonkey, etc. that you have used with success?
Best Practices or other recommendations much appreciated!

Do you just want to survey them after their successful migration and leave it at that? Or do you want to leave the window open for further engagement? If you wish to send out bulk mail surveys, I’d say surveymonkeyis a leader in this segment. For web-based forms (surveys), you can use webengage. If you want to offer a medium for your users to ask a quesitons about your new environment, suggest ideas or fixes, you can look at helprace. It also offers a knowledge base and a helpdesk. So it all depends on what you’re looking for.

We’ve used Google Forms for an agency where we were talking to stakeholders and putting in the data ourselves. Also we’ve used Survey Monkey – which has the logic branching/triggering capability at the Gold level.
