    The Demand Generation Manager will drive and support revenue growth through inbound and outbound marketing programs across multiple interactive media. Responsible for successfully planning and managing highly effective multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that support the company’s sales goals, the successful candidate must have significant demonstrated expertise in demand generation and consistently deliver high-quality leads through cost-effective campaigns.

    The Demand Generation Manager will monitor, analyze, and understand customer behavior; create and modify customer segments for targeted selling; manage campaigns and events from creation through completion; and analyze overall effectiveness, making ongoing adjustments based on changes in the marketing environment.

    Success will be determined by the ability to successfully establish and iterate appropriate lead generation mix, effectively manage leads and resources, achieve best-practice lead conversion, positively impact revenue, and deliver marketing ROI.

    This role requires an individual with strong organizational, communication and cross-functional skills. The Demand Generation Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and manages several marketing professionals.

    Including but not limited to the following:

    ■Drive and own end-to-end lead generation, nurturing, tracking and landing page optimization
    ■Create successful plans, strategies and campaigns achieving lead generation and sales objectives for Federal, State/Local and UK markets
    ■Initiate and manage execution of high-impact demand generation campaigns and events that include multiple interactive media (web, email, audio, video), real-time polling and surveys
    ■Identify, analyze and communicate market trends, key competitive dynamics and resulting strategic sales opportunities
    ■Develop, track, monitor, analyze and report on campaign data points for trends and make recommendations for improvement
    ■Promote video and interactive presentations to drive self-qualification and website activity
    ■Analyze data from various channels and prepare targeted campaigns to targeted prospect list
    ■Develop closed-loop reporting processes to measure and assess ROI for communications, campaigns and sales results
    ■Plan and execute campaign optimization and enhancements through A/B testing
    ■Event planning and execution for tradeshows, conferences and regional events to maximize lead generation
    ■Daily oversight of marketing staff activities and projects
    ■Passion for creating and executing high impact marketing campaigns and delivering stellar results
    ■Impressive track record of successfully planning and executing demand generation campaigns with high ROI
    ■World class problem solving skills
    ■Strategic thinking and tactical execution using CRM solutions and marketing automation tools to capture, track and report on leads
    ■Enthusiasm for working with sales reps, both inside and outside
    ■Excitement for managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
    ■Success promoting video and interactive presentations to drive prospect to website for self qualification through subsequent website activity
    ■Exceptional skills with multiple interactive media, tied to a website, including email, audio and video webinars, interactive presentations with tracking (such as Brainshark), and real-time polling and surveys
    ■Extensive knowledge of search engine marketing and optimization and web analytics tools
    ■Proven ability to manage multiple direct reports
    ■Experience working with government and other public sector organizations
    ■Passion for public sector success
    ■Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
    ■Depth of understanding Web 2.0, social media and Software as a Service
    ■ 5+ years marketing experience (post-degree work experience)
    ■Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred, but not required)

    This position is critical to the success of our business and the compensation package will be tailored to the candidate commensurate with candidate’s experience and skills.
