    “Sometimes the parties to an appeal want relief from the rocket-docket of MSPB adjudication. But you cannot just unilaterally demand more time. You have to politely ask the judge for more time by filing a motion to have the appeal “suspended” for a period of time, and you have to have a good reason for your request (because the judges have processing time goals in their own performance standards).”
