    The Project Management, Budget, and Contracts Analyst is a
    multi-discipline position that will be responsible for developing,
    implementing, and maintaining project costs; assisting with the
    planning and scheduling of projects; estimating and monitoring the
    organization¡¦s budget; and performing contract acquisition activities
    by writing statements of work, coordinating with the contracting
    officer, and tracking active contracts. The Analyst will work with
    Project Managers and Technical Managers or staff to create and validate
    project schedules, costs, requirements and other system development
    documentation. The Analyst will maintain and update documents using
    standard Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project and other tools.
    This position is an entry level position that will lead to project
    management, budget, and/or contract responsibilities.

    Career potential is to the GS-13 Level as an IT Project Manager, Budget Officer, or Contract Specialist.

    Other duties include:

    „X Implement & maintain the scheduling portion of an integrated master project schedule
    „X Track and maintain the list of projects within IRM¡¦s enterprise portfolio
    „X Maintain the risk register for all IRM projects
    „X Document and maintain templates and process documentation
    „X Support the development of IRM¡¦s OMB Exhibit 51/53 documentation
