    Dear Amit.
    Thanks for your reply.
We are not competing with Google "Search",We respect the great work done by Google Search outside the firewall,But what we are providing you is relational search, facet recommendation,real-time fields, the workflow model, incremental scalability, and rapid prototyping & development.

We are in business with expertise in find technologies and we have over come the known limitations like-
Scalability (expensive),Limited support for results/relevancy tunning,Limited connectivity to other systems and file formats, customizing which requires expertise beyond simple basics which ultimately raises cost.

I would appreciate if you could please let us know what are keys things you are looking in Search expertise?

    Regards,
    Sachin Suryawanshi.

I find government use of Drupal ill-fated for several reasons.

    Security.
    Scalability.
    Governance and file management security.

Before you embark on this project, I highly recommend you research Content Management Systems. I'm an expert on CMS and Collaboration Technologies. Feel free to reach out to me for free advice.
