    Here is an article about an effort made by the FL Department of Transportation to gather and act on feedback delivered by drivers visiting their facilities – specifically rest areas. This on the spot feedback increases engagement, satisfaction rates and lowers maintenance costs.

    This is being done for other agencies at at state and municipal level.
    There were a lot of lessons learnt on the way about communication methods and preferences – so let me know if there are any questions on this.
