    We’re looking for a great assistant to support our Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy.
    The Federal Executive Assistant is a key resource for our clients and colleagues. S/he is tech savvy, understanding when and how to use technology, and stays up to date on technology trends and tools. Confidence, stellar organizational skills, initiative, willingness to “go the extra mile” in order to provide outstanding service, a solid technical aptitude and excellent English language skills are essential for success in this role.
    The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate initiative, flexibility, resourcefulness, and good independent judgment in handling a wide variety of challenging, complex, technical, and specialized communications, sales and administrative functions. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, change-oriented, problem-solving environment and have experience handling a wide range of executive support.

    You will get to:

    • Create communications (presentations, proposals and checklists for follow-up actions) using exceptional vocabulary, composition, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Answer complex client and prospect questions that may require additional research and follow-up
    • Gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming meetings and projects; identify future needs to complete projects
    • Prepare complex reports, charts, tables, graphs, slides, and other materials
    • Manage the SVP’s calendar, filtering requests for her time while ensuring priorities are met
    • Attend key meetings taking notes on significant points, and creating follow up communications and action checklists
    • Accurately track all activity and notes in SalesForce CRM
    • Handle follow-up with business partners, consultants, and resellers to maintain positive relationships and maximize sales results
    • Understand customer requirements for digital communications with the public, including operational, business, and technical categories
    • Support SVP in all activities necessary to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
    • Travel occasionally (less than 10%) to company headquarters and to some Federal clients outside the Washington metro area

    You have:

    • 5+ years supporting executive leadership in a sales organization, preferably in the Federal government market
    • A love for providing exceptional executive support
    • The ability to be simultaneously confident, competitive, thorough, considerate, flexible, organized and tenacious
    • Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and skills as needed to meet the needs of a dynamic technology office
    • A bias for action: self motivated and goal oriented
    • Dedication to helping others succeed
    • Confidence in making decision and good judgment in soliciting input
    • Strong writing skills
    • A positive attitude and ability to embrace challenges
    • Strong problem solving capabilities
    • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
    • A natural ability to use and learn new tools of technology and business
    • Proficiency with MS Office
    • Success proactively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for public sector success

    Compensation
    The compensation package will be tailored to the candidate commensurate with candidate’s experience and skills. Compensation will include base salary and performance-based incentives.
