With over 30 comments from the GovLoop community so far, the discussion has been a lively and educational one. As it turns out, the Office of Special Counsel has now released a statement regarding the FDA’s behavior. GovExec reports that the OSC is now broadening its investigation and that this case is highly unusual. Several lawmakers have also launched their own probes. What do you think? Are the OSC and Congress doing the right thing by looking into this? February 22, 2012 at 3:13 pm #153508 John NelsonParticipant Thanks. This is a lively topic online and off!!
