Over the past decade, Monitor 360 has worked to identify the Master
Narratives in over 40 countries and the narratives in complex domains
ranging from terrorism to climate change to cybersecurity.

In the past year, we have accelerated our development and application of
Narrative AnalyticsTM, which combines the depth of social science with the
scale of data science to uncover and, for the first time, quantify
narratives—so they become a powerful unit of analysis and decision-making.
Our proven technology-enabled process surfaces “beliefs at scale,” using
advanced algorithms to mine and integrate a wide range of content across
virtually every digital channel, along with sophisticated human judgment
to derive the meaning and the mission impact. We’ve been applying this
method to a range of challenges, from foreign audience narratives, to
narratives about public policy issues in the U.S. domestic context, to
narratives within and about organizations and their workforces.

On this front, Monitor 360’s CEO Doug Randall and Dr. Rita Parhad will be
hosting a webinar you won’t want to miss on Leveraging Organizational
Narratives for Government on 6 August, 2015 at 1:00 pm EST. Drawing on
examples from top companies like Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), we will
explore the power of organizational narratives — and how you can leverage
them in your agency to deliver efficient and effective workforce
engagement initiatives that resonate deeply with your employees. Simply
put, Organizational Narratives are the deeply rooted stories that
employees believe and share with each other about their workplace, its
mission and culture, its leadership, and its future prospects.
Most agencies across government today are trying to make the shift to a
performance-based culture and to create an effective multi-generational
culture where Millennials and Boomers and others all thrive together. But
studies show that about 70 percent of organizational change efforts fail.
One reason why they frequently fall flat is that leaders struggle to
understand or leverage the deeply-held beliefs that underlie employee
    behavior.

The end result of an effective engagement strategy is a strong
organizational culture that boosts motivation, morale, and performance.
This webinar will help you understand employee narratives and develop
    strategies for leveraging these insights.

What you’ll learn in this webinar:
—What Narratives are and Why they matter to you
    — How to best leverage Narratives to reach your employees
    — How to use Organizational Narrative Analytics in your organization for
    mission execution
