The IBM Center for the Business of Government recently released a very helpful guide authored by Ines Mergel of Syracuse, entitled, “Using Wikis in Government: A Guide for Public Managers.”

Wikis can be extremely helpful tools when it comes to bridging gaps and breaking down silos within an organization/agency. They’re also relatively easy to use, but unless you have worked with them in the past it can still be a seemingly daunting process to get started. This guide was created in order to help managers tap into this engagement tool and boost the flow of information and collaboration in their workplace.
