    The U.S. House of Representatives can now video chat thanks to a new policy approved on Tuesday that allows members to use Skype and ooVoo to conduct official business. Previously, video chatting software was blocked in Congress due to security concerns. In addition to allowing members to save money on communications, Speaker John Boehner said the technology would give citizens “real-time” access to government.
