Are you measuring stakeholder outreach/connection and engagement? If yes, how are you doing this? Is it per-channel (e.g. Facebook “likes” and engagement; Twitter followers and re-tweets; email subscribers and opens/clicks; etc.)?
Are you/is your organization putting more value on a certain engagement over another (e.g. a Twitter RT is “less engaging” than a reply and a “click” is “more engaging” than an open)? I guess my main question here is are you weighing your engagement somehow?
