    In search of a full-time HR Specialist for 3 to 12 months to work
    on-site for a Federal Agency. You MUST have federal classification
    experience, be located in the Washington DC area and be available in 2
    to 3 weeks. In addition to Federal Position Classification, applicants
    must have experience in the following areas:

    1) Administering the Merit Promotion Program and announcements through the Delegated Examining Process

    2) Developing vacancy announcements

    3) Performing job analysis and developing competency based questions

    4) Reviewing applications for minimal qualifications, validating
    applications utilizing appropriate qualification standards/guides
    through quick hire system-DOORS, and forwarding correspondence to

    5) Preparing and issuing Certificate of Eligibles, assuring all
    veteran’s preferences and MPP requirements have been met and closing
    out case files.
