    The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of Workforce Management and Development (WRK) is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Deputy Associate Director and assist the Associate Director in managing all human resources functions within CRS. If selected, you will be responsible for:

    • Assisting in providing overall direction for the Office and managing its operations and staff.

    • Serving in an acting capacity in the absence of the Associate Director.

    • Providing authoritative guidance on human resources matters as they affect CRS.

    • Developing and recommending appropriate human resources policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

    The Office of Workforce Management and Development administers the recruitment, staffing, performance management, and professional development programs for CRS.
    CRS provides confidential, nonpartisan, and authoritative legislative research analysis and information services to the U.S. Congress. The CRS team contributes to an informed national legislature as it considers policy issues of importance to the American people.
