Differences in Performance Recognized 31. Employees Recognized for Quality Work 33. Pay Raises Depend on Performance Advancement and Hiring Opportunities/affiliated questions 21. My Unit Recruits people with the Right Skills 22. Promotion in my Unit are Merit Based 67. Opportunity to Get Better Job in Org. Leadership and Management/affiliated questions 9. Have Sufficient Resources (people, budget) 37. Arbitrary Actions, Favoritism not Allowed 53. Leaders Generate Motivation/Commitment *For example, someone mentioned the idea of non-monetary awards to address “Performance Recognition”. Ideas?
