    The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is currently recruiting for our first Instructional Systems Designer. This position is located in the CFPB’s Office of Human Capital (OHC). You will serve as the agency expert in providing expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other key officials on designing, developing, delivering and arranging learning activities in CFPB. You will also, as the agency expert, provide guidance, consultation and advisory services to management and employees on agency and Federal training policies. You will cultivate the most up-to-date information on changes in guidelines, laws, regulations, literature, trends and state-of-the-art development in the learning and development field. You will analyze and evaluate all aspects of education and training programs including administrative policies and procedures, curricula, etc. to identify program enhancements that set precedents and receive buy-in and approval from key stakeholders to develop and implement program improvements.

    The salary ranges up to $187,800.00/year, with comprehensive benefits and participation in the Federal Reserve Retirement Plan.
