    Good morning!

I am working on a special recruiting opportunity and thought the GovLoop-ers and your friends may be interested.

The FBI is looking for Intelligence Analysts with certain specialized skills. Please note that many interested candidates were not qualified to apply through this process because they did not meet the Scholastic Employment Program eligibility requirement (currently enrolled in degree seeking program or graduated within past two years). This requirement has been temporarily waived for individuals with experience and/or have a graduate degree (GS-11 or above). Note: interested candidates must have at least one of the specialized knowledge/experience listed on the verification form.

This is a great chance for those who previously were not eligible for consideration due to not meeting the above criteria. We are specifically looking for experienced candidates at the GS-11 level or above, but will consider qualified candidates at all levels. This opportunity requires a bachelor’s degree.

To apply, submit your completed verification form along with an updated resume that has your full work history to [email protected] with the subject “Intelligence Analyst Attn: Tahir”

To receive full consideration, submit your responses by Friday, April 9, 2010. We will not accept applications (verification form & resume) submitted after noon on Monday, April 12, 2010.

If you are concerned whether or not this is a legitimate FBI recruiting opportunity, please call the FBI’s main number (202-324-3000) and ask them to verify that the recruiter who contacted you is a FBI employee. If you do not have a name, ask for the Personnel Recruitment Unit in the Human Resources Division.

Note: You may share this opportunity with others.

    Thank you for your consideration,

    -Tahir Hafeez
