    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under administrative direction of the Securities Administrator, plan,
    organize, manage and coordinate the civil and administrative enforcement activities of the
    Division. Under administrative direction, the incumbent manages the Compliance/Audit
    Investigators who investigate violations of Nevada statutes and regulations governing securities
    and assists with the preparation of administrative and/or civil actions for compliance and
    enforcement purposes. The incumbent also assists the Securities Administrator with the
    management of the licensing and registration activities of the Division, and works collaboratively
    with the Criminal Investigators of the Division.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Graduation from an ABA accredited law school with a J.D. or LLB, admission
    to the Nevada State Bar, and at least four years of experience as a practicing attorney in the areas
    of white collar crime prosecution or defense, securities law, business law, or civil litigation, or a
    combination of experience in these areas. At least one year of experience supervising, organizing,
    directing and evaluating subordinate employees.
