Carmel has a high median household income and property values and is known for active public participation. Appointed by a five-member Council, the City Administrator will oversee a total staff of 76 and approximately $14M budget. Proven experience in municipal finance/budgeting, land use/planning, and/or engineering is desired. Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or related field required; Master’s preferred.
