The City is supported by 310 authorized full-time staff and FY2011-12 general fund budget of nearly $53 million (total budget more than $165 million). Tustin also has a seven year CIP totaling $320 million.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded public sector professional who has a track record that reflects a passion for quality services and a strong customer orientation. Extensive knowledge and experience with land use, community and economic development issues will be considered favorably. Five years of executive or senior level management experience in a comparable role is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.
