You will serve as a Community Planner. Develop guidance for all aspects of master planning and construction and repair related programs. Determine policy for the development of comprehensive plans for future development. Review master plans for conformance with all medical technical and regulatory requirements. Oversee development and provide technical direction for current and future projects. Oversee planning for all medical real property requirements. Monitor stationing, activations, consolidations, and realignment and closure actions. Ensure program conforms to approved master plans and that future development plans are current. Serve as the senior medical technical specialist for facilities master planning/urban planning. Develop and implement medical master plans programs to include real property accountability; real estate transactions; master planning; military construction; sustainment, repair, or modernization; maintenance and operations; and space management.
