    Job Description
    The Executive Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and implementation of all NOPEC policies. Provides assistance to member communities in the NOPEC service area. Provides program analysis and advice and recommends policies, programs and strategies to the NOPEC Board of Directors. Coordinates oversight of budget development , accounting procedures and financial reporting requirements.
    Qualified candidates must have a combination of education and experience equivalent to a master’s degree in business or public administration or related field and five years of responsible experience in related government activities, electric/gas deregulation aggregation administration or electric/gas utility management.
