    Job Description

    Person responsible for the leadership and management of the city’s Human ResourcesDepartment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field and/or a Master’s Degree or advanced certification is preferred. Preferred candidates will have served as a Human ResourcesManager of a similar size organization or as a Deputy Director in a larger organization, or generalist with heavy emphasis on human resource issues.
