– Reviews legal pleadings prepared by staff to ensure that they are accurate and include all of
the court requirements, and contain no mistakes, prior to sending to District Court for filing
– Handles the scheduling and monitoring of court hearings
– Routes case files for hearings and schedules DNA testing
– Sends legal pleadings for service of process, and conducts research at District Court to
obtain case information
A High School Diploma or successful completion of the GED program is required for this position.

Five (5) years experience in General Office, Secretarial, Legal and/or General Office Clerical experience is required for this position.
EQUIVALENCY: An Associate’s Degree in any field of study and three (3) years experience in Secretarial, Legal and/or General Office Clerical Experience may substitute for total years of required experience.
