    As the Senior Loan Officer, incumbent works closely with the Area Director in directing the work of an area office providing credit and technical assistance for rural customers and communities within the geographical limits of the assigned area. The incumbent of this position serves as key management official in the technical and administrative supervision, servicing, and outreach promotion of all rural Development programs to include Single Family Housing (SFH), Multi-Family Housing (MFH), Community Program (WWD & CF), Business and Industry (B&I), etc., loan and grant programs. Also provides leadership for the rural development, business development and targeting efforts for the area office jurisdiction.
