    Incumbent performs limited studies to analyze and evaluate the program efficiency and administrative operations. Identify and analyze problems facing management and draw tentative conclusions based on relevant facts, and propose solutions to management. Interpret findings resulting from studies and drafts possible courses of action for resolving them. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program managerial operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Incumbent reviews internal processes and procedures and proposes improvements to promote efficiency. Assist in the development of forms and tracking devices. Provides advice and assistance to management and program officials on management policies and procedures.
