Incumbent serves as an Organizational Development Specialist for the Office of Corporate Learning and Development. Applies organizational development principles and concepts in the design and development of interventions in a large, complex organization. Plans and implements data collection efforts and analyzes the data to accurately identify underlying organizational problems. Leads project teams in the design, development, and implementation of organizational effectiveness, initiatives, and programs; the development of evaluation methodologies and metrics to assess return on investment; and the preparation and presentation of communication products (e.g., briefings, formal presentations, guides, reports, job aids, and training materials). The incumbent works with stakeholders to develop and maintain sponsorship and advocacy throughout the lifecycle of relevant projects, and provides consultation to business leaders on organization development issues. Some or all of this work may require monitoring the work of consultants and/or support contractors; facilitating team meetings, steering committees, and working sessions; and coaching organizational leaders.
