    JOB SUMMARY:
    The incumbent serves as a program analyst for the Office of the CIO within the Office of Technology Services and Innovation (TSI), which is located in the International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB). The incumbent is responsible for the strategic review, evaluation, and analysis of TSI resource requirements for developing and implementing recommendations for the improvement of IBB operations at its Washington Headquarters and throughout its global program delivery network.

    The Broadcasting Board of Governors is conveniently located within walking distance to the Green, Yellow and Blue Metro lines.

    DUTIES:

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    -- Developing, presenting, and implementing strategic plans for the effective use of division resources
    -- Use industry standard program evaluation methodologies and statistical tools
    -- Developing program objectives; related operational requirements; and human capital funding, and other material or intangible resource allocations (such as radio frequencies or bandwidth) for TSI broadcast delivery, information technology, and new media projects
    -- Preparing conclusions and recommendations based on resources analysis to senior decision makers to include congressional staff or legislators
