This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), Office of Compliance and Enforcement, Rockville, Maryland.

FDA supports the use of telework as a way to help attract and retain talented individuals in public service, increase worker productivity, and better prepare the agency to operate during emergencies. Incumbent is responsible for the analytical review of data and recommendations concerning legal actions to ascertain compliance with enforcement policy and regulatory objectives under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. Interprets and evaluates overall compliance efforts for tobacco programs. Performs expert analysis of data related to the compliance program to insure that officials are kept informed of all recent developments that might have an impact on programs, functions and operations.
