In this position, you will serve as the Associate Regional Administrator (ARA), Division of Medicare Health Plans Operations. You will be responsible for directing staff through subordinate supervisors.
Specifically, you will: Direct the activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of program management for the Medicare programs with emphasis on Medicare Parts C and D and Medicare managed health care organizations. Direct the processing of Part C and Part D complaints/casework as appropriate which originate with 1800MEDICARE, Congressional office, community-based partners, and directly from beneficiaries. Monitor and manage a program of beneficiary outreach and education in cooperation with community-based partner organizations and maintain effective working relationships.Qualifications and Evaluations
