    As a Program Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to the Real Estate Acquisition Division, San Francisco Branch.

    This position is located in the Real Estate Acquisition Division at
    300 N LOS ANGELES ST, LOS ANGELES, CA 90012-3308

    Salary: 52,852.00 – $68,702.00 per year

    Performs a number of support functions within the Branch, to include
    the following:

    Performs a wide variety of analytical and evaluative work, projects
    and/or studies related to agency administrative and program
    activities, including the following representative duties:

    Coordinates reviews and prepares draft response to Audits for the
    Branch for the approval of the Branch Chief. Review for
    completeness, accuracy and financial integrity. Maintain and track
    any follow on action items either internal or external to the Branch.

    Realty Support Work:

    Based on review of requirements for space from government agencies,
    creates for Leasing Specialist/Leasing Contracting Officer review, a
    solicitation package for offers for leased space in commercial
    buildings or for construction of new buildings to house federal

    Evaluates lease proposals for technical adequacy and responsiveness
    based on comparison to agency’s requirements; to market survey of
    what is available in the area; etc.; may conduct an on-site review of
    the property.

    Updates lease documents for commercial properties: On select small
    lease cases from specifications provided by agencies or otherwise
    based on Leasing Specialist’s/Leasing Contracting Officer’s input
    approval reviews and completes supplemental lease agreements and
    prospective documents.

    Computes adjustment to leases, using the applicable escalation clause
    and calculates the amount owing the lessor due to increase in labor
    index, annual lease escalation, etc.; submits documents for payment.
    Proceses accruals to obligate money for costs as annual tax

    Performs lease administration functions: Coordinates with tenant
    agencies, field offices, lessors, Design and Construction, etc.;
    documents contacts with lessors.

    Manage and track Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) related to
    tenant improvements/transfer princing: Identifies expense, funds
    allocation, payment processing, verification of work completion.
    to a project and maintain project files. Ensures that RWAs follow
    National and Regional policies and procedures.

    Review and analyze a variety of financial reports to ensure validity
    and integrity.

    Prepares status reports independently with very little review, and
    analyze and oversee fund activities (such as Open Items, Invoices,
    Credit Card logs, etc.) including appropriate funds from other
    agencies in accordance with the Anti-Deficiency Act for specified
    Budget Activities.

    Responds to audits by preparing supporting documentation for
    specified Budget Activities.

    Drafts, reviews and/or estoppel certificates.

    Process PS documents, lump sum payments, receiving reports, etc.

    Data entry into IRIS, RETA, etc. Maintain a list of charges (1814),
    and process invoice payments.
