    Public Works Director

    Louisville has 19,000 well-educated residents who enjoy living in a smaller community with great schools, a home-town atmosphere, and easy access to the amenities of the larger cities of Denver and Boulder. Public Works, with 46 full-time employees, is comprised of five divisions; administration, engineering, operations, wastewater and water and has an aggressive capital project program as well. Bachelor’s degree with five years minimum experience in a municipal organization with ten years experience in administering water rights or other public works discipline preferred. Masters desired as well as registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado or the ability to obtain same within six months. Salary range is $99,216 to $131,227 DOQ with excellent benefits.
