    As a Writer/Editor you will make significant contributions to multiple projects concurrently, including assuming responsibility for the printing and publication process for specific publications with both external and internal audiences; writing, editing, and formatting documents; developing process guidelines/documentation; and meeting project deadlines and staying within budget. You will also have the responsibility for substantive editing/rewriting of technical program materials and documents and will work with BPEP staff, as well as with external contributors, to produce materials for diverse interests and constituents.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    DUTIES:

    Makes significant contributions to multiple projects concurrently, including assuming responsibility for the printing and publication process for specific publications with both external and internal audiences; writing, editing, and formatting documents; developing process guidelines/documentation; and meeting project deadlines and staying within budget. Has the responsibility for substantive editing/rewriting of technical program materials and documents and will work with BPEP staff, as well as with external contributors, to produce materials for diverse interests and constituents. Edits award applicants’ feedback reports; case studies; and other Baldrige documents, such as the Criteria for Performance Excellence booklets, training materials for Baldrige examiners, award application forms, brochures, and internal program documents. As needed, may write and/or edit presentation slides and materials, articles for the Update e-newsletter, and training materials for use by the BPEP staff, the BPEP program, Baldrige judges, and members of the Board of Examiners.
