Description of duties: Designs, develops, documents, delivers, manages, maintains and
technology-based learning solutions, including on-line courseware,
virtual classrooms, performance support tools and libraries.
Training solutions cover a wide variety of topics and
employees across the Bureau. Drives innovative change in the delivery
of training and performance support to the Bureau workforce and
facilitates the implementation of new learning technologies.
as an expert on the integration of instructional design techniques
with emergent technologies to produce effective solutions to a wide
range of training issues, and promotes cultural change
Bureau through the introduction of new forms of learning. Responsible
for the functional and technical operations and enhancements of the
TPD Learning Management System (LMS) application,
standards governing its use. The Learning Management System supports
training across all mission critical areas. The incumbent is
responsible for implementing appropriate
workflows and business
processes to ensure required training data is maintained in
accordance with applicable standards and TPD business requirements.
