    The Congressional Research Service (CRS) seeks a Senior Information Technology Specialist (Senior SYSADMIN) to work in the Technology Operations Section of its Office of Technology.

    The person selected for this position will have mastery of Microsoft technologies in a networked environment, such as:

    • Active Directory
    • SharePoint
    • Windows server administration and network infrastructure

    Candidates with IT implementation experience in Windows server administration and operations organization and expertise with Windows, server operating systems, SharePoint, SQL, IIS, Windows clustering, CRM, backup systems, telecommunications and wide-area networking, hardware/software platforms, network devices, network storage, server systems, peripherals, and server support are encouraged to apply.

    CRS works exclusively for the United States Congress, providing policy and legal analysis to committees and Members of both the House and Senate, regardless of party affiliation. As a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress, CRS has been a valued and respected resource on Capitol Hill for nearly a century.
