    Job Description:
    Mission Essential Personnel is currently seeking an Operations Manager in Chantilly, VA. The Operations Manager will monitors, executes, and directs day-to-day operational functions and initiatives as tasked and maintains detailed knowledge of personnel assignments, movements, and accountability. The Operations Manager focuses on personnel & operational readiness and accountability issues associated with Intelligence Services contracts regardless of location. The Operations Manager works closely with Program Managers, Project Managers and other operations personnel to predict, resolve, or elevate issues that will affect the overall operation. The Operations Manager will follow and disseminate policy & procedures in the course of daily operations. The Operations Manager tracks and facilitates all security clearance requests. The Operations Manager is the POC for issues and initiatives related to the personnel database. The Operations Manager will assist Operations and Subcontractor Liaison Personnel in maintaining the PMO Tool and SCOPE. The Operations Manager will be required to build and maintain positive relationships within and across the spectrum of MissionEP staff in both CONUS and OCONUS.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Prepare daily status reports for task orders/contracts
    Conduct weekly travel expense report scrub
    Prepare consolidated recruiting/staffing
    Track incentive program / prepare incentive requests
    Track and resolve lower-level issues icw ESC
    Prepare, submit and track purchase requests
    Audit personnel database
    Prepare Weekly Status Reports
    Update personnel database as needed
    Prepare monthly status reports
    Coordinate recruiting pipeline with master roster
    Reconcile program costs with Business Ops
    Prepare meeting agendas and read-ahead packets
    Cross train with Business Ops
    Manage policy development staffing and tracking
    Coordinate and fix SPOT/ CVS/ACAVS issues.
    Prepare Security Action Requests
    Prepare weekly active work slides
    Coordinate hiring, promotion, movement and termination PAF’s
    Assist in invoice validation w/actual employee census
    Update training management tracker
    Assist in development of CONOPs, Presentations
    Conduct weekly timesheet scrub
    Participate in proposal development

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Experience supporting contractors
    Deployed experience
    Knowledge of military intelligence or intelligence community.
    Highly organized
    Attentive to details.
    Positive, energetic attitude
    Willing to work irregular hours, some weekends and holidays
    Willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS
    Strong Communications and interpersonal skills.
    Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
    Final Secret security clearance required

    Key Desired Experience:
    Top Secret/SCI clearance
    Experience in military intelligence or the intelligence community
    Experience in issue resolution
    Familiarity with Microsoft Project
