    Salary Range: 50,408.00 – 95,026.00 USD per year

    Duty Locations: Many vacancies – Bethesda, MD

    Major Duties:
    As a Contract Specialist at the NIH, you will be responsible for one or more of the following pre-award and post-award functions: planning, technical assistance, solicitation, price/cost analysis,
    formulation of negotiation strategy and objectives, negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout. You will perform all acquisition functions in accordance with the Federal Acquisition
    Regulations (FAR) and other applicable statutes, regulations, and policies and use your knowledge and skill to identify and resolve contracting issues.

    You will procure a variety of products and services including supplies, equipment, information technology systems, and research and development projects.
