As a program analyst at the NIH you will analyze and evaluate, on a
quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of various
programs or operations in meeting established goals and objectives
and analyze and integrate program financial, technical, and other
information. You will analyze organizational priorities and provides
a wide range of liaison services to support program and/or
administrative functions, including the development and
implementation of policies and procedures for the organization.

I actually read the job description and the KSA's and realized that I was not qualified to apply for this exciting position. Thank you so much for replying to my post. I am very interested in working at NIH, so hopefully there will be a job posted soon. My experience is probably geared more towards public affairs or communications.

I'm new to applying for fed. govt jobs. I have heard that it requires a different kind of resume from the typical private sector jobs. Are you able to recommend resume services geared toward fed. jobs?
