    SIGINT Intelligence Analyst
    Location Charlottesville, VA

    Job Description Research, validate & submit SIGINT collections requirements into NSRP CI and other applicable CRM applications. Collaborate on the collection, exploitation and production of UFAC collection requirements, as well as support reports & products.


    A high level government security clearance with a Polygraph.
    High School Diploma
    Specialized training (BANYAN, ArcGIS, Geo Boot Camp)
    5-8 years of intelligence experience
    Experience developing target packages related to IED insurgency
    Experience conducting and compiling metadata analysis
    Experience with geospatial and data mining tools

    TECHINT Analyst
    Location: Charlottesville-Afghanistan
    TECHINT Analyst working as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP). Be prepared to deploy OCONUS as a member of an analytical team for a period of no longer than 180 days. Conduct pattern, TTP, and trend analysis of IED devices in Iraq and Afghanistan. Maintain data bases and compare and contrast information from multiple sources, utilizing current analytical tools. Modify and create necessary data files and manipulate data to develop responses to all-source taskings. Provide subject matter expertise and analysis in the areas of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) and CBRNE to support a Joint Fusion Center. Enhance/develop processes of collecting information and identifying methods of categorization of data. Identify emerging threats and analyze historical trends, fusing multiple sources/forms of intelligence data together in order to support counter-IED efforts. Present briefings on a wide variety of intelligence products to general officers and senior government officials. Work closely with the Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell (CEXC), Weapons Intelligence Teams (WIT) and the FBI’s Terrorist Explosives Division Analytical Center (TEDAC). Shift work may be required.


    Current high level government security clearance
    -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    -immediate availabilty to begin work
    -5 to 8 years experience in intelligence field at tactical or strategic level
    -knowledge of IED types and characteristics
    -current experience in IED TTPs in Iraq or Afghanistan
    -analytical experience
    -experience with geospatial and data mining tools


    Experience performing TECHINT analysis and fusion of IEDs to provide actionable intelligence to warfighters is desired.
    Familiarity and previous use of analytical tools such as Pathfinder, WEBTAS, Analytical Notebook, DCSG-A, GIS tools, and M3 as well as military tactical and especially OIF/OEF deployed experience are a plus.
    3 or more years of tactical experience is most desired.
