    It is all about leadership. Poor leadership will lead to the low morale of the workforce. Employees know when to leave their organization for a better career opportunity. Do managers and leaders know when they have to leave or to step down? What are the indicators that would tell them they have become a liability for the growth of the best and the brightest employees and for the success of the organization?
