    POSITION SUMMARY: Under direction of the Senior Products Manager, as part of the game design and development team, this position will participate in the day-to-day functions of new product development and performance analysis. This position will coordinate with print vendors on issues including game concepts, new game recommendations, game production schedules, and other issues, each requiring considerable judgment and authority as needed.

    Game Analysis – conduct broad scope operational and/or product specific analysis, maintain game statistics, and assist in the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting of product performance measures.

    Product Planning – participate in game planning processes, prepare data for and attend planning meetings. Participate in the planning and execution of product related research projects.

    Game Development – coordinate the development and review of game prize structures, working papers and game profiles for various product lines.

    Charitable Pull-Tab Game Development – work with the print/distribution vendor in the development and implementation of new pull-tab games or promotional pieces for production. Track daily game shipments to retailers; balance, prepare and submit monthly reports on game performance for agency distribution. Monitor game inventory levels in anticipation of ordering new games.

    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Knowledge of lottery products and vendor provided services; knowledge of lottery policies and procedures
    Extensive knowledge of software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    General knowledge of market research principles and practices

    Skills in product and time management; record maintenance; data and cost analysis; customer service; effective and positive interpersonal relationships

    Ability to work under strict deadlines; to multi-task with several projects simultaneously; to complete time-sensitive projects; to work independently and in groups or team environments; to analyze and evaluate statistical and other data and draw conclusions based on the data; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, internal staff and general public; a strong attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (If any)
    Bachelor or higher level degree in business, marketing or related field
    Effective and positive interpersonal relationship skills
    Knowledge of software application packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    Lottery industry experience
    A natural curiosity to want to learn how and why things work
