    All executive leadership positions within the Government is at the helm of “Public Service”. So all the executive positions will perform better should they be re-designated as “Public Servant”

    This wil keep them consciouslyy aware who they are ultimately serving.
    CIO could be – Head Public Servant – Information Office
    CFO – Head Public Servant – Finance Office
    Many times I hear this, Government must perform the way corporate does? In fact one should never forget history. Early Management disciple started in the Government and was later adopted by the Corporates, where it underwent revolutionary transformation.
