I’ve been following discussion about business cards that started a few days ago. There seems to be a secondary debate happening within the conversation about whether or not social networks have made business cards obsolete. I’m undecided about where I stand on the need for business cards.
I started thinking, what other tools that used to be prominently displayed in contemporary offices, will soon be prominently exhibited in historic museums?
I’ll start: the Rolodex. The days of spinning through contact cards have been replaced by scrolling trough electronic list.
