Text campaigns can be fast and efficient in reaching a large number of people. What would you recommend as the do’s and don’t’s of launching a mobile campaign?
At the Gov 2.0 Expo, Sonal Shah from the State Department spoke about the “text4baby” educational campaign as part of the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies coalition as an effort to reduce infant mortality rates. It provide free messages to women throughout their pregnancy and the baby’s first year.
