I’m trying to find any kind of benchmarking reports for the use of social media in the federal government, especially anything containing benchmarks on quantitative and qualitative metrics. I’m doing some research for a marketing piece I’m creating that will include general sector-wide metrics for social media campaigning. Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

I’ve already run across this one, not really looking to pay $5K, though:

    Thanks in advance,

Hi Kari – You can find some recent social media metrics in Market Connections’ 3rd Annual Federal Media and Marketing Study and can download the overview presentation at this link – http://www.marketconnectionsinc.com/index.asp?PageAction=Custom&ID=118. See slides 30-31.
