    I am aware that at this moment most career minded workers are concerned with finding ways to stay afloat with day to day tasks/operations. But, from my understanding within the next five to ten years many Federal Employees will be eligible for retirement. At the same time, with pay freezes and a anemic, struggling, economy- many workers are waiting. This is a golden opportunity for agencies and bureaus to take advantage of their staff waiting for a better market to retire into. What are some ideas you may have out there that you can think of that could allow agencies and bureaus to retain knowledge and help build skill sets for the next generation of Government Employee. How can the Government capitalize on the prospective “brain drain”?
