In your workplace, is there a “sign” that it’s a certain time of the day, or that a regularly scheduled event is about to occur?

I know for me, it’s almost like clockwork that at 2:30 p.m., a member of my department will walk by my office, and stop and stare out the window along the hallway. This is my “clue” that a) 3:00 is 30 minutes away, and that b) employees who stop in to see her with questions after the 3:00 hour (she leaves at this time) will begin flowing into my office. A nice alarm so-to-speak to remind me to wrap up projects that require no interruptions as walk-in volume may likely (oftentimes) increase.
