    Recently we’ve seen OPM and USAJOBS utilize social media (see the links to their Facebook pages) as a crisis communications tool. With their “social media response teams” they promise to answer questions and provide technical support in a timely matter.

    What do you think about the responsiveness of this sites? Have these sites been helpful in troubleshooting your problems?
